Mindfulness & Boundaries Coaching

Personalized support for practitioners, educators, therapists, caregivers, helping professionals, and purpose-driven people who spend much of their lives caring for others.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from your own needs, you are not alone.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, caring individuals who dedicate enormous amounts of energy to supporting others. They are therapists, educators, healthcare providers, caregivers, community leaders, practitioners, and people whose lives are rooted in service. They understand the importance of mindfulness, self-care, and healthy boundaries, yet often find it challenging to create the time and space to consistently care for themselves.

My coaching offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and strengthen the practices that support a more sustainable, soul-aligned, and embodied way of living.

My Approach

I believe that most people do not need more information or to unload for hours in traditional talk therapy. They need space and a container within which to slow down, listen inwardly, and get curious about the information their body is giving them so they can apply the skills they often already know.

My coaching is grounded in the understanding that sustainable change happens through awareness, practice, and compassionate attention rather than force, perfectionism, or self-criticism.

Together, we work to strengthen your capacity for presence, regulate your nervous system, clarify what matters most, and cultivate the boundaries that allow you to care for yourself with the same dedication you bring to caring for others.

Whether you are navigating a challenging life transition, recovering from burnout, healing from relational wounds, or simply longing for a more grounded and intentional way of living, this work can be is personalized to meet your unique circumstances and goals.
