Through guided practices and gentle inquiry, participants learn to slow down, listen inward, and develop a more caring relationship with their thoughts, emotions, and bodies—skills that can support greater balance and well-being in everyday life.

Free live talk: Being with Active Grief - Tending to a Heavy Heart in Difficult Times

How do we hold ourselves with care when the world feels as if it is falling apart around us? Today I offer these practices in service of many in our community who are navigating grief, loss, and uncertainty. Join me for an guided hour of trauma-sensitive mindfulness meditation, inner reflection, and gentle somatic movement. Together, we'll make space for our emotions, move with grief so it doesn't get stuck in our bodies, and give ourselves time to be held in our own loving awareness and in global community.
