Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that mindfulness and contemplative practices may bring awareness to difficult thoughts, emotions, memories, sensations, or experiences. While such practices are generally considered safe and beneficial for many individuals, outcomes vary and participation involves inherent risks. I accept full responsibility for my participation and for any consequences that may arise from my involvement in the program.
Health and Mental Health Responsibility
I understand that it is my responsibility to seek appropriate medical, psychological, or therapeutic support if needed. If I have concerns about my ability to safely participate, I agree to consult with an appropriate healthcare professional before enrolling.
